Who is BaseStone for?

BaseStone is built for architects, engineers and construction professionals. The system allows you to collaborate with all of the parties involved in a construction project. Project managers, construction managers and foremen will also find BaseStone very useful.

BaseStone allows you to share information with those that need it. You can add team members to your project and assign and distribute files.

BaseStone can be used to send files and reports to clients and other parties via email. The recipients will only be able to see the files you have sent them. You will be able to track when they have received and opened the email containing the files.

System overview

The BaseStone system consists of a web application (accessible through any modern browser) and mobile iOS applications available on both iPad and iPhone devices.
system
All of the data is stored in the cloud and therefore accessible from either the mobile app or on your computer through the browser.

The functionality across the web and iPad/iPhone applications are similar with many of the same features available. However there are some functions only possible on either the web or mobile application. For example the web application has more features for for managing files and teams. The iPad application is a mobile data-gathering tool out in the field.

The BaseStone mobile application was built for the construction site, where there may not be connectivity. The app can be used offline and all of the data will be synced when you return to connectivity.

System Requirements
