If your device has been set up for you with an AppleID and you don’t know the password, it might not be possible for you to update the BaseStone application. It’s really important for you to update the application to make sure you have the best experience.
If you are being prevented from updating because you don’t know the AppleID, you should find the person who the ID belongs to, this could be the internal IT team, and get them to input the password.
Or you can log in with a new AppleID – go to the device settings and select ‘iTunes & App Store’.

Once you have logged in, you will need to delete the BaseStone application and re-download it from the app store.
